Provide leadership, strategic planning, assessment, and direct coordination for campus wide programming and student involvement that enhances student learning and engagement. Responsible for promoting student involvement through presentations, orientation, the co-curricular transcript, and the support of the over 600 student organizations. Oversee a programming and operating budget of almost $2 million. Directly supervise, and provide training and development for, 3 professional staff members, 1 administrative personnel, and 6 Graduate Assistants in the advisement of student programming groups along with approximately 40 student leader staff members. Collaborate with students and colleagues at the Tampa campus and USF system institutions to promote tradition, involvement, and engagement through programs such as Homecoming and USF week, and assisting in the exploration of new programs utilizing the Tampa Bay community. Coordinate campus-wide programming calendar, weekend calendar, and assist departments with event attendance data collection and analysis. Serve as a member of the Dean's team, the Student Affairs Leadership Team, and division-wide committees, administrative hearings and councils.
