Improved ATC Lab Hours/Creating ATC Tutor Lab Options
As of now, ATC Lab hours are mostly during the day. A lot of students often have trouble attending lab hours for tutoring at the present times. The idea is to find a solution to extend ATC tutoring hours into the evening so students can better fit tutoring into their schedules. The COA only houses a weather and aviation lab. The idea is to create an area concentrated on ATC where students could go for extra study time and help.

Organization Funding
Over the last 6 semesters, an average of 25% of student organization allocations are left untouched. This is a result of organizations submitting inappropriate or invalid receipts. While the Spring 2012 leftovers were much better (only 15.3%!), one of Joe's goals is to reallocate this leftover to those student organizations that appropriately used their allocation. Over the next year, Joe will be working on a process to reallocate this money.
