Q:Who is eligible from our SG to complete these surveys?

A:ASGA asks for you to assign one person to complete as many of the surveys as possible. It doesn't matter who this person is, but he/she must be very knowledgable about your Student Government and its inner workings. This person must have access to member data, including e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and other pertinent contact data and information. In most cases, the person assigned to complete the surveys is the SG president or advisor. But again, that is totally your decision who completes them.

We do ask that you refrain from having several people complete the same surveys for basic information such as the "School Details" and "SG Details" surveys.

Knowing that some of the surveys ask for more subjective information, such as the "strengths and weaknesses" survey. We suggest that your SG meet as a group to decide on the answers for the surveys that require a deeper, more subjective response.
