Q:How did ASGA choose the individual "Ask the Experts" panelists?

A:ASGA originally identified about six potential panelists, all of whom agreed to serve.

Then we asked each panelist who joined to suggest three other very talented and skilled POTENTIAL panelists. We then contacted many of these professionals and asked them to participate. Then we asked the newest panelists to suggest three more potential panelists.

Eventually, we had nearly two dozen panelists. And depending on the number of questions the "Ask the Experts" resource receives, we may add more panelists.

The invitations to join the panel, therefore, were "peer led."
